  • Initial concept and planning meeting

  • Prepare running sheet/event order 

  • Source, organise and book entertainment

  • Negotiation of suppliers

  • Coordination of the bump in of suppliers before function and bump out after

  • Venue Liaison

  • Meeting with key suppliers at venue prior to function

  • An Event Coordinator and Assistant to coordinate all aspects of your event

    • set up and pack down all day

    • Implementation of the running sheet

    • Coordinate with activities, photographers, videographers, caterers etc.  

    • Coordinator to run the Reception

    • Coordination of the entertainment – To ensure all entertainers are doing the right thing at the right time

    • Venue and catering liaison

Partial Event Management

ICE Events will step in a few weeks prior your event for a complete handover.

Includes:

  • Complete handover meeting

  • Prepare running sheet/event order 

  • Coordination of the bump in of suppliers before function and bump out after

  • An Event Coordinator and Assistant to coordinate all aspects of your event

    • set up and pack down all day

    • Implementation of the running sheet

    • Coordinate with Activities, photographers, videographers, caterers etc.  

    • Coordinator to run your event

    • Coordination of entertainment

    • Venue and catering liaison
